I used to think that people should spoon feed me for a while when I’m in a new job so that I will learn how I do things step by step. But instead, in always thrown into the job and you either sink or swim. Being on the job, I managed to learn faster, through trial and errors and making mistakes.

You have been here for close to or past 6 months now. You should have observed and learn. Instead u want to be spoon fed. But there is also an extent on how long you could depend on someone else.
